01 · Electric car
The hotel has 2 charging points for electric cars, in marked spaces in the car park (parking is optional). Type 2 connector, compatible with mode 3, 8 kW (400 V and 20 A). Charging is free for guests who have a reserved parking space.
02 · Bicycles
At Protur Naisa Palma Hotel we offer a bicycle service so you can immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of the city and discover all its corners at your own pace.
In the bicycle room there is also a tool panel.
03 · Workshop
Protur Naisa Palma is a “Cycling friendly” hotel: if you go road cycling with a road bike, it has a garage to store bicycles, with a workstation workshop.

Commitment
At Protur Naisa Palma we are committed to maximum energy efficiency in an urban setting. The whole building is fitted with very low-consumption LED lighting and presence sensors in corridors and common areas to avoid unnecessary waste. We also have high-efficiency air-conditioning systems and advanced thermal insulation in the façades and glazing, to guarantee our guests maximum comfort with the lowest possible energy impact.
Water is a vital resource in Mallorca, and we have put systems in place to guarantee its responsible use. All rooms have taps and showers with flow-saving devices and dual-flush toilets. We also promote a responsible laundry programme (“Laundry with protective enzymes”), which invites guests to reuse towels and sheets in order to significantly reduce water and chemical consumption.
We work under the philosophy of reduction and the circular economy. We have completely eliminated single-use plastics in the rooms, with high-quality amenities in large-format dispensers and reusable water bottles. Operationally, we promote a “paperless” policy (digitalisation of processes, online check-in and QR-code directories) and have recycling points for selective waste management.
We bring the flavour of Mallorca to our guests with local (km 0) produce. At breakfast and in our food offering we give priority to local suppliers, which supports the island's economy and reduces the carbon footprint of transport. We also work with suppliers that use less polluting packaging and eco-friendly materials, such as recycled napkins.
